Gallavotti-Cohen Fluctuation Relation and time-reversibility for a dissipative baker map

We consider a dissipative baker map which might serve as a toy model
for deterministically thermostatted particles systems. We shed light
on the role played by the time-reversibility (i.e.: the existence of
an involution) to prove the Galla1votti-Cohen Fluctuation Relation.
